William T. (Toby) Smith, CPA/CVA
Active Shareholder
Toby Smith is an active shareholder of Trinity Accounting Group and serves as the firm's Director of Financial Reporting and Assurance Services. He has extensive experience with audits, reviews, due diligence, internal audit, and other agreed upon procedures. In addition to all areas of attestation, compliance, and consulting, Toby also specializes in automotive accounting, mergers and acquisitions assistance, litigation support, and internal controls consulting.
Toby received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1998 and is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's, the AICPA, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Toby is a member of the Touchdown Club of Athens and the UGA Alumni Association. He is an alumnus of L.E.A.D. Athens and Leadership Forsyth.
